Job Title: Warehouse Operations Specialist

We are seeking a highly motivated and organized Warehouse Operations Specialist to join our team at VISTA Technology Services. As a key member of our growing team, you will be responsible for providing warehouse, armory, and ammunition support to all DIA locations and elements worldwide.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Utilize FACTS Asset Management (AM) and Supply Chain Management (SCM) modules to meet customer mission requirements.
  • Provide support in areas such as receiving, storage, issue, inventory, distribution, shipping, and disposal services.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless logistics and supply chain operations.
  • Develop and maintain accurate inventory records and reports.
  • Ensure compliance with DoD supply principles, processes, and terminology.

Requirements:

  • High School diploma or equivalent plus 10 years of related experience, or Associate's degree and 5 years of experience.
  • Top Secret security clearance or eligibility for clearance.
  • Strong organizational and analytical skills.
  • Ability to interact professionally with all levels of employees and customers.
