Job Summary:

The Ecommerce Operations Specialist will assist the Receiving Manager with all aspects of ecommerce receiving operations, including order processing and tracking, and documentation. This role is responsible for ensuring seamless ecommerce operations within the Sportsman's Warehouse store.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Utilize Return to Vendor (RTV) codes and Direct Store Delivery (DSD) exceptions and specifications to ensure accurate order processing.
  • Collaborate with Accounts Receivable/Payable to ensure all possible credits are being taken, maintaining a high level of customer satisfaction.
  • Ensure all shipments comply with Company guidelines and Federal Firearms License (FFL) regulations when shipping firearms, upholding the highest standards of safety and compliance.
  • Manage Ship from Store and maintain accurate records of all orders, ensuring timely and efficient order fulfillment.
  • Assist in all aspects of By Online Pickup in Store & Ship from Store, providing exceptional customer service and ensuring a seamless shopping experience.
  • Print pick slips and locate products for daily orders, ensuring accurate and efficient order processing.
  • Print pack slips and package products, maintaining a high level of quality and attention to detail.
  • Create accurate shipping labels and complete orders, ensuring timely and efficient order fulfillment.
  • Maintain accurate records, providing valuable insights and data to inform business decisions.
  • Perform other duties as assigned by the Receiving Manager, contributing to the overall success of the Sportsman's Warehouse team.
