About the Role

We are seeking a highly motivated and results-driven Sales Account Manager to join our team at UnitedHealth Group. As a Sales Account Manager, you will play a critical role in driving business growth and expanding our customer base in the New York market.

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and execute sales strategies to achieve business growth and revenue targets
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with key stakeholders, including healthcare providers, community organizations, and business leaders
  • Provide exceptional customer service and support to ensure high levels of customer satisfaction
  • Stay up-to-date on industry trends, market developments, and competitor activity to inform sales strategies and tactics
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify and pursue new business opportunities
Requirements
  • 2+ years of experience in sales, account management, or a related field
  • Proven track record of success in driving business growth and revenue targets
  • Excellent communication, interpersonal, and negotiation skills
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team
  • Valid driver's license and reliable transportation
Preferred Qualifications
  • Experience working in the healthcare industry or with healthcare providers
  • Knowledge of the Essential Plan and its benefits
  • Fluency in multiple languages, including Spanish, Russian, or Arabic
  • Established professional relationships with non-profits, community organizations, and business leaders
