Job Title: Nursing Care Coordinator


About the Role:


We are seeking a skilled Staff Nurse to join our team at the University of Tennessee Medical Center. In this role, you will be responsible for coordinating and managing all aspects of nursing care and services in a safe, timely, cost-effective, and respectful manner.



Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and implement individualized plans of care based on comprehensive assessments and medical diagnoses.
  • Evaluate patient responses to disease processes, interventions, and outcomes of care, making adjustments as necessary.
  • Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to provide evidence-based care that meets the unique needs of each patient.
  • Promote positive relationships with patients, families, colleagues, and the community through effective communication and teamwork.
  • Ensure safe and efficient allocation of resources, identifying opportunities for process improvements and implementing changes as needed.


Requirements:

  • A Bachelor's degree in Nursing (BSN) or Associate's degree in Nursing (ASN).
  • A current Registered Nurse licensure in the state of Tennessee.


$65,000 - $85,000 per year
