Job Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled and customer-focused Front Desk Associate to join our team at Radiate Hospitality, LLC. As a key member of our Front Office Team, you will be responsible for providing exceptional service to our guests, ensuring a seamless and memorable experience.

Key Responsibilities
  • Guest Service: Provide top-notch service to guests, including checking in and out, luggage services, restaurant and tour reservations, and hotel information.
  • Relationship Building: Build authentic relationships with guests, creating a unique experience that encourages repeat visits.
  • Financial Transactions: Accurately post guest charges and payments to guest, banquet, master, and house accounts.
  • Front Desk Operations: Demonstrate correct procedures when greeting guests, checking them in and out, serving taxi requests, and directing traffic flow.
  • Service Techniques: Utilize proper sequence of service techniques when checking guests in and out, bell, concierge, and highlighting hotel amenities.
  • Technical Knowledge: Be knowledgeable of Front Desk computer and cashier systems, including room rates and types of accommodations.
  • Guest Satisfaction: Listen to guest concerns, solve problems creatively, and answer questions to ensure guest satisfaction.
  • Hotel Knowledge: Be aware of daily functions, facilities, features, and services of the hotel to provide guests with accurate information.
  • Safety and Security: Be vigilant for the safety and security of all employees and guests, reporting any unsafe conditions to your supervisor.
Requirements
  • Experience: Previous front desk, reservations, and/or hospitality experience preferred.
  • Skills: Excellent customer service skills, ability to work in a fast-paced environment, and strong communication skills.
