Key Responsibilities:

  • Assist the IT Regional Manager in maintaining a superior local IT experience, providing a service that is both responsive to incidents and proactive in enhancing the organization's technology solutions.
  • Act as the regional office authority on all facets of personal computers, laptops, printers, operating systems, and IT applications.
  • Oversee daily operations of the organization’s audio-visual support for meetings and conferences, including video teleconferencing, webinars, content sharing, and audio/video recording and editing.
  • Conduct quality assessments and swiftly resolve A/V issues prior to meetings and events.
  • Coordinate and ensure that A/V maintenance and repair tasks adhere to the organization's quality standards.

Qualifications:

  • Proficient in document management with a solid understanding of software applications such as Word, Excel, and PowerPoint; capable of creating and editing documents and basic spreadsheets.
  • General familiarity with audio-visual systems to facilitate basic setups for microphones and other technologies used in meetings.
  • A minimum of three years of front desk experience in a professional setting; experience in a legal environment is preferred.

Additional Information:

  • Onsite work schedule required.
  • Competitive salary range starting from $65k-$100k, inclusive of benefits.
  • A college degree is highly preferred, ideally in Computer Science, Information Systems, or a related technical field.
  • 3+ years of relevant experience, preferably in a large legal firm or a comparable professional services organization.
