  • Provide exceptional customer service, greeting and looking after students, and handling inquiries with professionalism.
  • Ensure the smooth opening and closing of the school, adhering to our safety policies and procedures.
Requirements
  • At least two years of experience in a Front Desk, Reception, or Customer Service role.
  • High attention to detail, with the ability to multitask and prioritize tasks effectively.
  • A welcoming and outgoing demeanor, with excellent communication skills.
  • A team player with a collaborative mindset, able to work effectively with colleagues.
  • A passion for music and related arts, or experience working with young people, is a plus.
  • Ability to work afternoons and weekends, with a flexible schedule.
