Job Summary:

We're seeking a highly skilled and experienced Commercial Banking Relationship Manager III to join our team. In this role, you'll be responsible for building and maintaining strong relationships with our commercial clients, identifying new business opportunities, and providing tailored financial solutions to meet their needs.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Prospect for new clients and deepen existing relationships through strategic outreach and relationship-building activities.
  • Develop and implement business plans to achieve financial goals and qualitative measurements.
  • Collaborate with internal partners to provide holistic solutions for clients' business and personal financial goals.
  • Analyze and interpret financial information to determine the right questions to ask and decide on credit requests.
  • Meet with clients regularly to enhance the trusted advisor relationship and ensure business needs are being met.
Requirements:
  • Bachelor's or Master's degree in Business or equivalent work experience.
  • Minimum of 4 years of commercial banking experience, preferably in a sales role.
  • Formalized commercial credit training or equivalent credit experience required.
  • Strong business acumen, including detailed analysis, review of financial statements, and understanding of accounting principles.
  • Thorough knowledge of commercial, treasury management, and alternative lending and financing options.
