Key Responsibilities- Manage a portfolio of commercial client relationships with a focus on deepening existing relationships and acquiring new, profitable relationships.
- Act as a financial advisor to clients, staying informed of market conditions, economic and industry trends, and advising on financial strategies to navigate various business climates.
- Work collaboratively with teammates to develop account structures and treasury management solutions that meet client needs.
- Analyze credit strengths and weaknesses of prospective borrowers and make loan decision recommendations.
- Prepare and present complete and accurate credit packages, including financial analysis and written communications.
- Coordinate deal team meetings and create/prepare term sheets and commitment letters.
- Identify portfolio weaknesses and trends, and alert management to deteriorating portfolio conditions.
- Provide mentoring and training to other bank associates.
- Bachelor's degree (4-year college) degree.
- 6-8 years of experience or an equivalent combination of education and experience.
- Experience with Microsoft Outlook, Word, and Excel.
