- Oversee the management of company facilities and leasing partners.
- Enable the preparation, maintenance, and implementation of application, data, data security infrastructure, and integration policies and procedures.
- Ensure robust IT disaster recovery documentation capabilities and testing.
- Ensure compliance with federal, state, and other regulatory requirements, including HIPAA, PHI, and audit requirements.
- Bachelor's degree in computer science or a related field or an equivalent combination of education and related work experience.
- Minimum of 15 years of relevant experience in implementing and architecting complex data management and BI capabilities, such as data warehouse reporting and data engineering, with 5 years of technology management experience in a large, complex IT organization.
- Experience in the health plan industry.
- Proven ability to understand the business strategy and goals and their potential implications in terms of IT solutions required to support them.
- Demonstrated enablement of the design, development, and implementation of complex solutions by understanding the overall data ecosystem for a healthcare organization.
