Required Qualifications:

  • ONC/HNC in Engineering, Quality Management, or a related field (HNC is preferred)
  • Understanding of quality management principles, methodologies, and tools
  • Passion for learning and improving QA processes
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills
  • Basic problem-solving skills
  • Experience with CAD systems is preferred
  • Experience with FARO Arm device, PROBE & SCANNING is advantageous

Main Responsibilities:

  • Oversee customer PPAP requirements throughout development and production phases
  • Assist in gauge design, part measurement, and supplier part approval processes
  • Work alongside the Design & Development team for product validation testing
  • Analyze and resolve product and production challenges
  • Contribute to corrective actions, solutions, and process enhancements
  • Conduct product and process audits to ensure readiness for mass production
  • Comply with Quality Management System (IATF guidelines)
  • Collaborate with Production and QA teams to provide necessary support
  • Manage and monitor customer warranty issues and claims
  • Engage in cost reduction initiatives
  • Willingness to work overtime and adapt to changes in job responsibilities as required

Employment Type: Permanent
Salary Range: £45,000-£50,000
