Job Overview

OmniSolve Inc. is seeking a skilled Quality Assurance Engineer to join our team. As a Quality Assurance Engineer, you will be responsible for ensuring the quality of our software applications and systems.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and execute test plans, test cases, and test scripts to ensure the quality of our software applications.
  • Identify and report defects, and work with the development team to resolve them.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure that testing processes are efficient and effective.
  • Develop and maintain quality assurance documentation, including test plans, test cases, and test scripts.
  • Provide training and support to other team members on quality assurance processes and tools.

Requirements:

  • 5+ years of experience in quality assurance and testing.
  • Strong knowledge of software testing methodologies and tools.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Experience with Agile methodologies and Scrum.
  • Knowledge of Salesforce, Alfresco, and DocuSign.
  • Experience with test management tools such as JIRA.
