X8 Seeks a Software Quality Assurance Expert

X8 is looking for an experienced software quality assurance engineer to serve as a technical subject matter expert (SME) for the Command in testing procedures and supports government leadership in evaluating requirements delivery to USCYBERCOM.

Key Responsibilities
Serve as a software testing SME for the customer in testing procedures, documentation, and tools.
Develop and execute software test plans to identify software problems and their causes.
Evaluate software compared to stated requirements.
Engage with government, vendors, and users about test procedures, test results, and mitigation recommendations.

Requirements
Degree in System Engineering, Computer Science, Information Systems, Engineering Science, Engineering Management, or related discipline.
Minimum of 15 years with a master's degree, 18 years with a bachelor's degree, or 20 years with an associate degree or high school diploma.
Experience in software development, including developer, program manager, test engineer, QC, and other related roles.
Proficiency in Object-Oriented Programming, C, C++, Java, J2SE, XML, Visual Basic Suite, and other commonly used programming languages.

Desired Skills
USCYBERCOM experience.
Proficiency in C/C++, Python, Assembly (x86, ARM, MIPS), and comfort in both Windows and Unix environments.
Reverse Engineering and Vulnerability Analysis skills.

Clearance Requirements
Current and Active Top Secret SCI w/Polygraph clearance.
