Job Title: Senior Quality Assurance Engineer

Job Summary:

We are seeking a highly skilled Senior Quality Assurance Engineer to join our team at Syntricate Technologies. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in system testing, with experience in both front-end and back-end testing. They will be responsible for ensuring the quality of our software products and identifying areas for improvement.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Design and execute comprehensive testing plans to ensure the quality of our software products
  • Identify and report defects, and work with development teams to resolve them
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to develop and implement testing strategies
  • Develop and maintain test plans, test cases, and test scripts
  • Provide technical guidance and support to junior team members

Requirements:

  • At least 7 years of experience in system testing, with a strong background in both front-end and back-end testing
  • Experience with Team Foundation Server and Azure DevOps
  • Strong technical knowledge of Microsoft Office 365, Active Directory, Microsoft Teams, and SharePoint
  • Ability to develop user support documentation and training
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills
