Key Responsibilities
  • Coordinate and supervise volunteers to ensure a smooth and efficient operation of the program.
  • Oversee the safety and cleanliness of the facility, including chore supervision and bed checks.
  • Provide leadership and guidance to guests, upholding the guidelines of our Women's Ministry.
  • Compile daily records of events and communicate with staff via email.
  • Assist with administrative tasks, including data entry and document preparation.
  • Help coordinate and facilitate support groups and classes.
  • Perform janitorial and maintenance duties as needed.
Requirements
  • High school diploma or equivalent required.
  • 1 year customer service experience required.
  • 1 year working in a social services environment required.
