About the Role

Hollander Hospitality is seeking a skilled Project Laborer to join our team for a renovation project at one of our hotels. As a key member of our commercial and residential development department, you will play a crucial role in ensuring the successful completion of this project.

Key Responsibilities
  • Assist in the preparation and execution of renovation projects, including demolition, carpentry, and painting.
  • Operate various power tools and equipment safely and efficiently.
  • Collaborate with our team to maintain a safe and organized work environment.
  • Perform manual labor tasks, including lifting, carrying, and moving heavy materials and equipment.
  • Communicate effectively with team members and management to ensure project goals are met.
Requirements
  • Basic knowledge of construction tools and equipment.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  • Physical strength and stamina to perform manual labor tasks.
  • Valid Washington State driver's license preferred.
Working Conditions

This role requires frequent lifting of heavy materials, tools, and equipment, as well as the ability to perform physical labor under adverse weather conditions. The work environment is fast-paced and may involve exposure to dust, odors, fumes, and noise.
