Operates commercial vehicles designed for the transportation of various materials from work sites to designated locations while providing support to the team.

Primary Responsibilities:

Key Duties:
Supports the crew leader in construction, renovation, and maintenance tasks.
Assists equipment operators by performing tasks such as hand digging and identifying underground obstacles.
Utilizes specialized tools including jackhammers, rotary drills, power actuated fasteners, and other industry-specific equipment.

Performance Indicators:
Ability to engage in strenuous physical labor for prolonged periods, often in challenging weather conditions.
Capacity to lift weights up to 80 lbs repeatedly throughout a work shift.
Capability to climb, dig, and work in confined spaces, on uneven terrain, and in various postures including walking, stooping, and kneeling.
Ability to comprehend and execute detailed oral and written instructions.
Proficiency in working independently as well as collaboratively with team members.
Ability to pass motor vehicle and criminal background checks, and adhere to a drug-free workplace policy.
Proficient use of English for record-keeping, order placement, and preparation of basic narrative reports.
Willingness to acquire additional skills as needed.

Qualifications and Education:
Minimum of one (1+) year of experience in the construction field.
An equivalent combination of education and experience may be considered on a year-for-year basis.
Must possess a valid State Driver's License.
A Commercial Driver's License (CDL) Class A is mandatory.
Candidates must successfully complete a Motor Vehicle Record (MVR) check, a Department of Transportation (DOT) regulated physical examination, and a pre-employment drug screening.

Additional Requirements:


Must possess, or be able to obtain, a valid State of Residence Driver's License within two weeks of employment.

Candidates are required to pass criminal and Motor Vehicle Record (MVR) background checks and a pre-employment drug screening.
