Currently, ManTech is seeking a dedicated and customer-focused Program Manager (PM) to support our operations.

As a Program Manager, you will collaborate closely with other program managers and functional support teams, playing a key role in guiding a team committed to collaboration, innovation, and integrated services to enhance the customer's capability to manage its mission objectives across various enterprise components.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Collaborate with senior program managers to ensure effective management of contractor efforts.
  • Contribute directly to program initiatives, including cost management, estimation, tracking, contract performance oversight, risk assessment, requirements analysis, and quality assurance.
  • Oversee the successful implementation of contracts, ensuring efficient operations.
  • Utilize strong communication skills to lead teams, report on progress, address challenges, and prepare related documentation.
  • Manage resource allocation (labor and budgets) for contracts and review financial reports.
  • Facilitate cross-discipline integration within contracts to meet governmental requirements.
  • Work with Talent Acquisition to ensure timely recruitment and training of program personnel, and review all financial and technical reports prior to submission.
  • Communicate issues and resolutions to the Government Program Manager in a transparent and timely manner.
  • Ensure adherence to all training, regulatory, and administrative requirements set forth by contracts.

Basic Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's Degree with ten (10) years of experience in the Intelligence Community, focusing on operations, legal, or compliance. Alternatively, four (4) additional years of relevant experience may substitute for a degree.
  • Seven (7) years of experience in program or project management, overseeing programs and contracts of similar scope and complexity.
  • Possession of a PMP, FAC-P/PM Senior Level, or DAWIA Level 3 certification in Program Management.
  • Experience managing multi-task/delivery order contracts and subcontracts of varying types and complexities, along with experience leading in a multi-vendor environment.
  • Familiarity with guidelines from the FAR and DFARS, DoD 5000 series, and ICD 801 policies.
  • Exceptional oral and written communication skills, with the ability to quickly grasp the customer's objectives.

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Understanding of authorities and SIGINT processes, along with compliance-related policies and guidance.

Clearance Requirements:

  • Must be a U.S. citizen.
  • Must hold a TS/SCI clearance with polygraph.
