  • 5 to 10 years of experience in the construction-related industry; expertise in weatherproofing/waterproofing and rehabilitation/restoration or building envelope preferred.
  • Exceptional communication skills and customer service experience; business development skills are a plus.
  • A solid understanding of project financial management.
  • Experience in scope development and estimating/pricing is preferred.
  • A valid driver's license.
