Position Overview:


As a Revenue Finance Analyst, you will take the lead on essential projects that are crucial to Fetch's financial planning, budgeting, and performance management. This role involves close collaboration with department leaders to drive financial insights and strategic recommendations that enhance Fetch's overall financial health and operational efficiency.

Your contributions will be vital in shaping the financial direction of the company, ensuring that financial operations align with Fetch's growth objectives.



Key Responsibilities:
Conduct thorough analysis of historical and current trends in key performance metrics, including revenue streams, cost of sales, expenditures, and capital investments.

Monitor and evaluate performance indicators, identifying trends and investigating the reasons behind any unexpected variances.

Uncover opportunities for enhancing financial performance across various departments.

Collaborate with Sales, Sales Operations, and Product Teams to establish, track, and refine OKRs.

Engage in scenario planning and perform ad-hoc reporting and analysis.

Prepare comprehensive quarterly and monthly financial reports.

Utilize and manage a Business Intelligence Tool and Dashboard reports.

Drive performance improvements by assessing processes for efficiency gains.

Develop financial models and analyses to support strategic initiatives.

Analyze intricate financial data and reports to provide timely and accurate recommendations to management for informed decision-making.

Support the Senior Management Team and department heads with detailed financial analysis.

Conduct analyses related to mergers and acquisitions, joint ventures, and partnerships.

Qualifications:
A Bachelor's Degree in Accounting or Finance is required.

A minimum of 3 years of experience in a significant financial role, ideally within Strategic Finance or Revenue Finance.

Experience in Rewards or Consumer Packaged Goods (CPG) is highly preferred.

Familiarity with SQL is advantageous.

Knowledge of US GAAP is essential.

Proficient in Excel, financial modeling, and PowerPoint.

Experience in cost optimization, analysis, and reporting is beneficial.

Proficiency in Tableau is preferred.

Excellent verbal and written communication skills, coupled with strong organizational abilities.

A creative thinker who is highly motivated and self-driven.

Compensation and Benefits:
Fetch offers competitive compensation packages for exceptional candidates. The salary range for this position is $110,000-$125,000. Additionally, all employees receive equity in Fetch, allowing everyone to share in the company's success.
