Position Overview: Line Cook

The Line Cook plays a crucial role in our kitchen, responsible for executing a variety of culinary tasks as directed by the Chef. This position demands precision in preparing and presenting dishes that align with our high standards of quality and creativity. The Line Cook is also responsible for maintaining a clean and safe kitchen environment.

Compensation: $24 - $26 per hour

Key Responsibilities:

  • Prepare and present menu items, ensuring quality and consistency from start to finish.

  • 2+ years of experience in a similar role within a high-volume restaurant.
  • Demonstrated proficiency at various kitchen stations.

  • A proven track record of reliability and commitment to professional development.

Physical Requirements:

  • This position requires visual, auditory, and verbal abilities, as well as the ability to lift up to 25 pounds frequently and up to 50 pounds occasionally. The role involves prolonged periods of standing and movement throughout shifts.
