About the Role:
Morton Buildings, Inc. is a leading provider of post-frame construction solutions. We are seeking a highly motivated Sales Consultant to join our team and contribute to our continued success.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and maintain a strong sales funnel to meet or exceed established sales budgets
- Grow existing market share and expand into new territories
- Coordinate with MBI personnel, subcontractors, and customers to deliver high-quality building solutions
- Utilize Microsoft Office and other technologies to manage complex projects and communicate effectively with stakeholders
Requirements:
- 2 years of sales experience or 5 years of construction management experience
- Associate or bachelor's degree in business, construction, or project management preferred
- Commercial sales experience a plus
- Ability to maintain customer confidentiality and display excellent verbal and written communication skills
