Customer Service Representative

Key Responsibilities:
As a Customer Service Representative at TravelCenters of America, you will be responsible for providing great tasting and quality food to all guests, while maintaining a clean restaurant environment.
Key Skills:
- Process transactions of customers on a point-of-sale (POS) register
- Prioritize work according to kitchen and dining guest needs
- Maintain equipment per operating standards
- Follow proper safety procedures when handling and/or preparing food
- Basic computer/POS knowledge preferred
- Previous food service experience a plus
