As a Business Development Representative with Sean Perren - State Farm Agent, you will successfully offer products and services to help customers manage the risks of everyday life. Responsibilities include using a customer-focused, needs-based review process to educate customers about insurance options, working with the agent to establish and meet marketing goals, and developing leads, scheduling appointments, identifying customer needs, and marketing appropriate products and services. Qualifications include being able to obtain relevant financial service licenses, proficiency in Microsoft Office applications, excellent analytical, organizational, and problem-solving skills, effective communication skills, exceptional customer service skills, and a successful track record of meeting sales goals/quotas preferred.
