About the Role

We are seeking a highly motivated Business Development Manager to join our team at WECO Hospitality. As a Business Development Manager, you will be responsible for driving sales growth and expanding our customer base.

Your primary focus will be on building relationships with potential customers, pitching our services, and closing deals. You will also be responsible for maintaining our CRM system and managing pipeline metrics.

We are looking for a candidate with a strong hunter mentality, excellent communication skills, and the ability to work in a fast-paced environment.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Build and maintain a database of contacts and prospect for new customers
  • Pitch WECO Hospitality services and close business deals
  • Keep our CRM system up-to-date and manage pipeline metrics
  • Cultivate long-term relationships with customers and generate repeat business

Requirements:

  • 1+ year of BDM experience
  • Experienced with CRM, Hubspot a plus
  • Strong organizational skills and ability to manage time effectively
  • High level of confidence and hustle
  • Attention to detail
  • Ability to work in an extremely fast-paced environment

What We Offer:

  • Base salary $40,000 - $55,000 DOE plus commission and benefits
  • Remote work option
