Business Development Manager Opportunity
We are seeking a seasoned Business Development Manager to lead our Service Department team at Brown & Brown. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for driving sales growth and developing strategies to increase customer engagement.
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage customer inquiries and provide exceptional service to ensure customer satisfaction.
- Develop and implement sales strategies to increase revenue and grow the Service Department.
- Lead the Business Development Center team to effectively respond to internet sales leads and nurture customer relationships.
- Collaborate with the Senior Management team to establish goals and benchmarks for the Business Development Center team.
Requirements:
- Previous automotive experience is required for this position.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills are essential for success in this role.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and meet sales targets.
