Job Summary

At StationServ, we are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Sales Growth Manager to drive revenue growth through a sales process that includes identifying customer targets, conducting needs & discovery meetings, developing proposals that meet those needs, while achieving total revenue and margin goals established by the company.

This individual will interface with internal sales colleagues and management to support the sales process and growth. This position is responsible for both new business development and customer retention in assigned territory.

Duties and Responsibilities
  • Business Development: Identify and pursue new business opportunities to drive revenue growth.
  • Customer Retention: Develop and maintain strong relationships with existing customers to ensure customer satisfaction and retention.
  • Sales Strategy: Collaborate with executive leadership to develop sales quotas and strategies to achieve revenue growth goals.
  • Account Management: Manage a portfolio of accounts to ensure timely and effective communication, issue resolution, and sales growth.
  • Reporting and Analysis: Prepare and provide regular sales reports and analysis to management to inform business decisions.
Requirements
  • Education: Bachelor's degree in business, business administration, or related field, or comparable record of sales experience.
  • Experience: At least ten (10) years of sales experience required.
  • Skills: Excellent verbal and written communication skills, excellent sales and customer service skills, ability to follow a structured sales process, excellent organizational and project management skills, strong attention to detail, team collaboration, and proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite, CRM or related software.
