Director of Strategic Growth and Development

Responsibilities:
· Develop and implement strategic plans to drive growth and sustainability of Rehema for Kids programs in collaboration with the Executive Director.
· Identify and cultivate new funding opportunities including corporate partnerships, civic organization funding and new donors to support organizational growth.
· Lead initiatives to diversify revenue streams and ensure financial stability in new regions identified by the Executive Director.
· Collaborate with key stakeholders to develop and execute fundraising campaigns and events.
· Collaborate with internal teams to integrate growth strategies into overall organizational planning and operations.
· Build and maintain relationships with donors, funders, and community partners to enhance the organization’s reputation and credibility.
· Conduct market research and analysis to identify emerging trends and opportunities in the nonprofit sector – especially related to social media.
· Monitor and evaluate the effectiveness of growth strategies as determined by key performance indicators set by the Executive Director.
· Maintain CRM to track information and gift history.
· Other tasks necessary to meet the needs of the organization
Qualifications
· Bachelor’s degree in business, nonprofit management, communications, or related field.
· Minimum 5 years’ experience in nonprofit leadership, development, or fundraising.
· Proven track record of successfully growing nonprofit organizations and securing funding.
· Strong analytical skills and ability to interpret data to inform decision making.
· Excellent communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to build relationships with diverse stakeholders.
· Experience in events management including planning, budgeting, and execution.
· Proficiency in social media management and email marketing tools.
· Strategic thinker with the ability to develop and execute innovative growth strategies.
· Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
· Passion for the mission and values of Rehema for Kids.
· Experience with CRM software is a plus.
Strong, personal relationship with Christ.
This position is hybrid and requires travel approximately 30% of the time, sometimes on weekends.
