Job Overview

Lyle Machinery Co, a prominent dealer in heavy machinery, is seeking a dedicated and proactive individual to join our team as an Asset Coordinator. Our company is recognized for its extensive service offerings, including sales, rentals, and repairs of heavy equipment across multiple states.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Oversee the inventory of attachment assets at various locations.
  • Travel to different facilities to ensure accurate inventory management of attachment assets.
  • Maintain optimal inventory levels and make adjustments as necessary.
  • Assist with store transfers and manage inventory at the corporate location.
  • Process financial vouchers related to asset depreciation and manage daily attachment records.
  • Ensure that attachment inventory is maintained in a ready-to-use condition, including necessary repairs and part replacements.
  • Conduct monthly audits of attachment assets following inventory assessments.
  • Work towards minimizing asset write-offs.
  • Handle vendor invoices to ensure timely payments.
  • Perform regular cost analyses on attachment assets.
  • Assist with invoicing for attachments and machinery.
  • Issue purchase orders for attachment assets as required.
  • Create stock numbers for inventory management.
  • Support the business manager with asset financing matters.
  • Assist the equipment inventory manager in all aspects of asset inventory.

Qualifications:
  • A college degree in Finance, Accounting, or Business is preferred.
  • Experience in the industry is advantageous.
  • Minimum of two years of experience in inventory management is required.
  • A clean driving record is essential.
  • Proficiency in Excel, Outlook, and Dropbox is necessary.
  • Familiarity with PFW software is preferred.
Physical Requirements:
  • Ability to see in full range color.
  • Capable of kneeling, climbing, bending, twisting, lifting, and squatting to service equipment.
  • Ability to lift, push, and pull up to 50 lbs.
  • Must be able to work in various weather conditions.
  • Ability to safely operate in, around, under, and on top of equipment.
