Position Overview

An esteemed client of Insight Global is seeking a capable technical support professional to become a part of their team for the long term.

-Deliver first-level support for the setup, operation, and upkeep of computer systems.

Manage the installation, maintenance, and enhancement of workstation and peripheral hardware and software. Address and resolve issues related to workstations, applications, and servers.

Keep desktop software and applications updated; maintain records of installed applications.

Assist users in navigating specific applications effectively.

Oversee and troubleshoot office equipment and applications, including copiers, fax machines, printers, building access systems, and email accounts.

Compensation:

Hourly rate ranges from $25 to $28, based on educational background and experience level.

Benefit packages commence on the 31st day of employment, encompassing medical, dental, and vision insurance, along with HSA, FSA, and DCFSA account options, and access to a 401k retirement plan with employer matching. Employees in this role are also eligible for paid sick leave and/or other paid time off as mandated by applicable law.
