CorDx is a leading biotech organization that is revolutionizing the healthcare industry with innovative solutions. We are seeking an experienced HR Director to join our team in San Diego.
Job SummaryThe HR Director will play a critical role in developing and implementing HR strategies that support the organization's goals and objectives. This includes talent acquisition, employee relations, performance management, training and development, compensation and benefits, and HR operations.
Key Responsibilities- Develop and implement HR strategies that align with the organization's mission, vision, and values.
- Oversee the recruitment and hiring process to attract top talent.
- Serve as a trusted advisor and resource to employees and managers on HR policies, procedures, and best practices.
- Implement performance management processes and tools to assess and improve employee performance.
- Develop and deliver training programs to enhance employee skills and knowledge.
- Oversee the design, implementation, and administration of competitive compensation and benefits programs.
- Manage HR systems, processes, and procedures to ensure efficiency and compliance.
- Develop and oversee employee engagement initiatives and wellness programs.
- Establish key HR metrics and analytics to measure the effectiveness of HR programs and initiatives.
- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field.
- HR certification (e.g., PHR, SPHR, SHRM-CP, or SHRM-SCP) highly desirable.
- Minimum of 20 years of progressive HR experience, with at least 15 years in a leadership role, preferably in the healthcare industry.
- Strong knowledge of employment laws and regulations, particularly in the healthcare sector.
- Excellent communication, interpersonal, and leadership skills.
- Proven ability to build relationships and influence stakeholders at all levels of the organization.
