Job Title: HR Director

CorDx is seeking a seasoned HR Director to join our team in the healthcare industry. As a key member of our leadership team, you will be responsible for developing and implementing HR strategies that support our organization's goals and objectives.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and implement HR strategies that align with the organization's mission, vision, and values.
  • Oversee the recruitment and hiring process to attract top talent.
  • Serve as a trusted advisor and resource to employees and managers on HR policies, procedures, and best practices.
  • Implement performance management processes and tools to assess and improve employee performance.
  • Develop and deliver training programs to enhance employee skills and knowledge.
  • Oversee the design, implementation, and administration of competitive compensation and benefits programs.
  • Manage HR systems, processes, and procedures to ensure efficiency and compliance.
  • Develop and oversee employee engagement initiatives and wellness programs.
  • Establish key HR metrics and analytics to measure the effectiveness of HR programs and initiatives.
  • Lead change management initiatives to support organizational change and transformation efforts.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field.
  • HR certification (e.g., PHR, SPHR, SHRM-CP, or SHRM-SCP) highly desirable.
  • Minimum of 20 years of progressive HR experience, with at least 15 years in a leadership role, preferably in the healthcare industry.
  • Strong knowledge of employment laws and regulations, particularly in the healthcare sector.
  • Excellent communication, interpersonal, and leadership skills.
  • Proven ability to build relationships and influence stakeholders at all levels of the organization.
