Job Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Senior Human Resources Director to join our team at TCWGlobal. As a key member of our organization, you will be responsible for leading all strategic and operational functions that foster a positive and productive workplace.

Key Responsibilities
  • Talent Acquisition and Recruitment: Oversee the entire recruitment lifecycle, including applicant screening, interviewing, and onboarding new hires to ensure TCWGlobal attracts and retains top talent.
  • Employee Onboarding and Training: Design and manage comprehensive onboarding programs that effectively integrate new employees and ensure they receive the necessary training to excel in their roles.
  • Development of Internal Culture and Community: Act as the cultural ambassador, enhancing team camaraderie, organizing company events, and fostering a positive internal community.
  • HR Policies and Employee Relations: Collaborate with the executive management team in setting company policies related to employee behavior, expectations, and overall organizational culture.
  • Compliance Management: Ensure all HR practices and policies are in full compliance with federal and state labor laws, safeguarding the company against legal risks.
  • Employee Development: Develop, implement, and manage programs that facilitate continuous employee development, aligning with both individual and organizational goals.
  • Benefits Administration: Manage and administer benefits packages, ensuring that employees are well-informed and that programs are competitive and compliant with regulatory standards.
  • Conflict Resolution: Address and resolve workplace conflicts in a manner that promotes employee engagement and fosters a healthy work environment.
  • Performance Management: Administer and complete the organization's performance management processes by assisting managers and supervisors to create and monitor the achievement of goals and objectives for their employees.
Requirements
  • Education: Bachelor's Degree and HR Certification
  • Experience: Three or more years of experience in the essential functions outlined above
  • Language: Must be fluent in Spanish
  • Skills: Proficiency in Excel, Microsoft Word, and Microsoft Outlook
