The Culinary Operations Supervisor will support the Executive Chef in managing daily kitchen activities, which include procurement and inventory management, menu development, food preparation, and meal service.

The ideal candidate will be a culinary expert with a strong understanding of food safety standards and kitchen management, as well as experience in menu design and inventory control.

Key Responsibilities:
Oversee purchasing, menu adherence, inventory management, food cost analysis, and production forecasting;

Ensure compliance with Sodexo Culinary standards, including recipe accuracy and food quality;

Possess the ability and enthusiasm to mentor and inspire team members to adopt culinary advancements;

Guarantee adherence to food safety, sanitation, and workplace safety protocols; and/or

Have familiarity with automated food inventory, ordering, production, and management systems.

Desired Qualifications:
A robust culinary background, with a commitment to staying updated on emerging culinary trends;

Outstanding leadership and communication skills, maintaining the highest culinary standards;

Strong coaching abilities and a focus on employee development.
