  • Supervise and assist in food preparation for various dining services, ensuring compliance with quality standards.

  • Assist in the training and development of kitchen staff, fostering a collaborative work environment.
  • Ensure timely completion of food preparations and assist in banquet services as required.
  • Maintain a thorough understanding of menu items and preparation techniques.
  • Monitor food quality and presentation, implementing improvements as necessary.

Qualifications:

Preferred candidates will have:

  • Previous supervisory experience in a culinary setting.
  • A minimum of 5 years of progressive culinary experience or a culinary degree with at least 1 year of relevant experience.
  • Food Handler Certification compliant with state regulations.
  • Strong communication skills and the ability to work effectively under pressure.
  • Proficiency in evaluating and selecting appropriate courses of action in a fast-paced environment.
