Job Description

HouseMax Funding, LLC is a leading private money lender in Austin, TX, with a proven track record of funding over $1.5 billion in real estate investment projects. As a key member of our team, you will play a crucial role in driving business growth and expanding our network of borrowers.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Client Relationship Management: Build and maintain strong relationships with our network of borrowers, providing exceptional customer service and ensuring their needs are met.
  • Business Development: Identify and pursue new business opportunities, creating and expanding our network of clients through pre-generated leads and personal connections.
  • Loan Origination and Closing: Advise clients on the loan origination process, ensuring a smooth and successful transaction from start to finish.
  • Lead Management: Effectively manage multiple leads and deals simultaneously, prioritizing tasks and ensuring timely follow-up to maintain high-quality customer experiences.
  • Business Growth: Create new business opportunities through company-generated leads and personal connections, driving revenue growth and expanding our market presence.

Requirements:

  • Education: High School diploma or equivalent.
  • Interpersonal Skills: Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with clients and colleagues.
  • Industry Experience: Some experience in mortgage lending or title services, with a proven track record of success in sales or business development.
  • Technical Skills: Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite.

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Real Estate Experience: Experience in real estate transactions and/or sales, with a proven track record of success.
  • Sales Track Record: Proven sales track record, with a strong ability to drive revenue growth and expand market presence.
