Job Summary

The Center for Human Development seeks a highly skilled and experienced Assistant Manager to join our team. As a key member of our leadership team, the Assistant Manager will provide administrative and clinical supervision to Licensed Practitioners of the Healing Arts (LPHA) and Team staff, ensuring consistent clinical protocols and standards across disciplines.

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop intervention strategies, crisis intervention plans, and Community Service Plans (CSP) in collaboration with LPHA's
  • Ensure the team adheres to program policies and procedures, including participation in an on-call system for staff coverage and crisis resolution
  • Intervene in person crises, behaviors, or incidents in the program to resolve situations and ensure the safety of persons served and others
Requirements

The ideal candidate will possess excellent leadership and communication skills, with the ability to work effectively with diverse teams and stakeholders. A strong understanding of clinical protocols and standards, as well as experience in program management and supervision, is essential.
