About the Role

We are a leading distributor of Impulse Hand Tool Displays, selling to top retailers such as Ace Hardware, True Value Hardware, and NAPA Auto Parts. Our company is committed to providing excellent service and quality products to our customers.

The Regional Sales Manager will be responsible for driving sales growth, increasing volume in their assigned region, hiring and training sales representatives, and transmitting daily sales reports. The role requires strong leadership skills, as well as the ability to build and maintain relationships with customers and sales teams.

Key responsibilities include:

  • Developing and executing sales plans to achieve business objectives
  • Maintaining high levels of customer satisfaction through regular communication and issue resolution
  • Coaching and mentoring sales representatives to improve performance
  • Conducting market research and analysis to identify new business opportunities

The successful candidate will have:
