Next2New Automotive Sales & Service is seeking a skilled F&I Manager to drive revenue growth and deliver exceptional customer experiences.
Estimated Salary$65,000 - $85,000 per year, depending on experience.
Key ResponsibilitiesWe are looking for an individual who can effectively introduce customers to financing opportunities, sell insurance alternatives, vehicle service contracts, and other products while providing top-notch customer service.
The ideal candidate will have the ability to evaluate credit reports, accurately complete financing paperwork, establish strong relationships with financing sources, and train sales staff in financing methods.
Additionally, this role requires excellent communication and decision-making skills, as well as the ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment.
RequirementsTo be successful in this position, candidates must have:

- Ability to structure deals for maximum profitability
- Tenacious drive and proactive mindset
- Excellent customer service and communication skills
- Able to manage and lead people
We offer a flexible schedule, paid holidays, and vacation time after one year of service. Our team is open Monday through Friday from 8:00 AM to 6:00 PM and Saturday from 9:00 AM to 3:00 PM.
