Administrative Assistant Opportunity

We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Administrative Assistant to join our team at IDR, Inc. in Bolingbrook, IL. This role is ideal for a proactive individual with strong scheduling and organizational skills, who thrives in a fast-paced environment.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Coordinate and manage schedules, including meetings, appointments, and travel arrangements for executives and team members.
  • Maintain and organize office files, records, and documentation, both electronically and in physical form.
  • Prepare and edit correspondence, reports, and presentations as needed.
  • Serve as the primary point of contact for internal and external stakeholders.
  • Assist in planning and executing company events and meetings.
  • Monitor and manage office supplies, ensuring timely replenishment.
  • Support various departments with administrative tasks to enhance overall productivity.
Qualifications:
  • 2+ years of experience in an administrative or office support role.
  • Proficiency in scheduling software (e.g., Google Calendar, Microsoft Outlook) and other organizational tools.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • Strong attention to detail and ability to multitask.
  • Ability to work both independently and collaboratively in a hybrid (remote and in-office) environment.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and other office management tools.
  • High level of professionalism and confidentiality.
