Job Summary

The Office Administrator is a key role within DYWIDAG, responsible for providing exceptional support to our team and guests. This position requires a professional demeanor, strong communication skills, and the ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment.

Key Responsibilities

• Answer incoming calls and direct them to the correct department
• Greet on-site visitors and direct them to the correct company personnel
• Receive, sort, and route incoming mail to the correct department
• Prepare outgoing mail and packages for pickup
• Handle travel arrangements and coordinate internal and external events
• Create purchase orders for office supplies and warehouse materials
• Invoicing for sales orders
• Perform other administrative duties as assigned

Requirements

• High School Diploma or equivalent required
• Associate degree or equivalent preferred
• 3 to 5 years of administrative experience required

Competencies

• Strong Microsoft Office skills
• Excellent communication and analytical skills
• Ability to work independently or as part of a team
• Strong time management and problem-solving skills
• Fluency in English

Physical Demands

Prolonged periods of sitting, standing, and laptop use
Ability to lift up to 15 lbs
