Position Overview:
  • Meet and exceed financial objectives for bookings sourced through partners.
  • Develop and implement strategic business plans with both national and regional partners.
  • Identify, recruit, and grow partnerships within the designated territory.
  • Work collaboratively with cross-functional teams to engage partners and promote the adoption of Druva's initiatives.
  • Ensure accurate sales forecasting and uphold partner compliance standards.
  • Continuously enhance sales techniques and maintain awareness of competitive dynamics.
  • Facilitate partner event attendance and support various on-site partner engagements.
Qualifications:
  • Over 7 years of experience in cultivating reseller and alliance channels.
  • Familiarity with the data protection landscape, cloud solutions, and SaaS offerings.
  • A strong ethical drive to succeed and a commitment to team performance.
  • Exceptional time management, communication abilities, and innovative thinking.
  • A challenger mindset aimed at fostering significant transformative change within partner organizations.
  • Experience in a start-up environment and proficiency in managing business operations using SFDC.
  • Willingness to travel approximately 30% of the time.
