About the Role

We are seeking a highly motivated and results-driven Account Executive, Ticket Sales to join our team at Virginia Tech's ticket sales department in Blacksburg, VA. As a key member of our sales team, you will be responsible for driving revenue growth and building strong relationships with fans, partners, and businesses.

Key Responsibilities
  • Sell Football and Men's and Women's Basketball Season Tickets, Corporate Packages, Partial Plans, Group Tickets, and other Ticket products
  • Develop and execute sales strategies to achieve weekly, monthly, and annual sales goals
  • Build and maintain relationships with current and past customers to drive repeat business and excellent customer service
  • Work closely with the sales team to identify new business opportunities and create innovative solutions to drive revenue growth
  • Perform various ticket sales and service duties throughout home games
Qualifications
  • Bachelor's Degree or equivalent work experience
  • Proven track record in sales and building quality relationships
  • Strong desire to learn about our business and grow your professional career
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team
  • Flexibility to work a variety of shifts, including evenings and weekends
