About the Role

We are seeking a highly motivated and results-driven Account Executive to join our Ticket Sales team at Virginia Tech. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for selling tickets to our fans, partners, and businesses, while providing exceptional customer service and building strong relationships with our stakeholders.

Key Responsibilities
  • Sell Football and Men's and Women's Basketball Season Tickets, Corporate Packages, Partial Plans, Group Tickets, and other Ticket products
  • Develop and execute sales strategies to meet and exceed sales targets
  • Build and maintain relationships with current and past customers, as well as cold-call new sales leads to generate sales
  • Work closely with our sales team to achieve sales goals and objectives
  • Provide excellent customer service and support to our fans and stakeholders
Requirements
  • Bachelor's Degree or equivalent work experience
  • Proven track record in sales and building quality relationships
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and meet sales targets
  • Minimum of 6 months of sales or customer service experience
