About the Role

We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Sales Lead to join our team at Chico's FAS. As a Sales Lead, you will play a critical role in promoting a customer-focused sales culture and driving sales growth.

Key Responsibilities
  • Drive for Results: Establish clear expectations, hold team members accountable, and oversee operational activities such as opening and closing duties, merchandise flow processes, and sales performance.
  • Build High Performing Teams: Motivate and inspire store teams, promote a shared vision, and model core values.
  • Customer Experience: Model, teach, and promote exceptional customer service, offer a cohesive omni-channel experience, and ensure prompt resolution of customer concerns.
  • Talent: Support, implement, and provide follow-up for training programs, assist in associate development, and drive associate and team engagement.
Requirements
  • High school diploma or equivalent
  • 1+ year retail or sales management experience
  • Excellent communication, verbal, and written skills
  • Excellent customer service skills
  • Able to learn or adapt to technology provided by the company
  • Knowledge of administrative aspects of store operations
  • Strong organizational skills and ability to multi-task in a fast-paced environment
Physical Requirements
  • Constant Walking/Standing % of 8-hour shift
  • Occasional Lifting up to 50 lbs.- 1-33% of 8-hour shift
  • Frequent Climbing- 34%-66% of 8-hour shift
