Job Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled Customer Support Specialist to join our team at Insight Global. As a Customer Support Specialist, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service to our clients, resolving technical issues, and working closely with our internal teams to ensure seamless support experiences.

Key Responsibilities

* Provide timely and effective support to customers via phone and email

Requirements
