Key Responsibilities
  • Provide exceptional customer support through various communication channels, including email, chat, and phone
  • Investigate and resolve technical issues, escalating complex problems to our engineering team as needed
  • Collaborate with our product, design, and engineering teams to ensure seamless customer experiences
  • Develop and maintain in-depth knowledge of our products and services, including Adobe Premiere, Final Cut Pro, and DaVinci Resolve
  • Identify and prioritize bugs found in our software using JIRA
  • Contribute to the development of knowledge base articles and other support resources
What We're Looking For

We're seeking a highly motivated and customer-focused individual with a passion for delivering exceptional support experiences. You'll have:

Experience in Adobe Premiere, Final Cut Pro, or DaVinci ResolveCustomer support experience, preferably in a technical support roleExcellent communication and problem-solving skillsA willingness to learn and adapt to new technologies and processesA flexible schedule, including some weekends and holiday hours
