Job SummaryWe're looking for a highly organized and technically skilled Technical Support Specialist to provide expert-level support for IntelliShift hardware and software applications. As a key member of our Customer Support Team, you'll be responsible for troubleshooting and resolving complex customer issues, collaborating with internal teams, and driving customer satisfaction.
Key Responsibilities- Provide expert-level technical support for IntelliShift products and services
- Diagnose and resolve complex customer issues using backend systems and tools
- Collaborate with internal teams to enhance customer experiences
- Document all communications, issues, and resolutions using Salesforce and other business applications
- Contribute innovative ideas and solutions for process enhancements and best practices
- Minimum 2 years of experience in a technical product support role
- Strong technical skills and ability to learn complex applications
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment with shifting responsibilities
- Proficient with data analytics and Microsoft 365 Enterprise E5 products
We offer a competitive annual compensation, annual equivalent of $55,000- $65,000 based on experience, and outstanding benefits, including company-subsidized medical, dental, and vision insurance, and 401K with a 4% company contribution.
