At accessiBe, we're seeking a Customer Support Specialist to join our team. This role is crucial in providing exceptional support to our clients, ensuring they have a seamless experience with our platform.



Key Responsibilities:


  • Respond to customer inquiries and requests via online chat and emails
  • Work closely with the Sales engineers to help resolve in-depth technical issues
  • Escalate inquiries and requests as necessary to the appropriate department or person following outlined guidelines
  • Grow existing customer accounts through exceptional customer service


Requirements:


  • 1-2 years of Customer Service experience
  • Experience working with inbound inquiries, customer retention, or inside sales
  • Experience working with chat and ticketing systems such as Intercom or Zendesk
  • Demonstrated ability to prioritize tasks and manage time efficiently
  • Computer skills in various software and web-based applications
