Job Title: Human Resources Business Partner

We are seeking a highly skilled Human Resources Business Partner to join our team at Sanders Industries Holdings. As a key member of our HR department, you will be responsible for formulating partnerships across the HR function to deliver value-added service to management and employees that reflects the business objectives of the organization.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Consult with management to provide HR guidance and support.
  • Analyze trends and metrics to develop solutions, programs, and policies that drive business results.
  • Manage and resolve employee relations issues, conducting thorough and objective investigations.
  • Maintain in-depth knowledge of legal requirements related to employee management, reducing legal risks and ensuring regulatory compliance.
  • Provide day-to-day performance management guidance to line management, including coaching, counseling, career development, and disciplinary actions.
  • Work closely with management and employees to improve work relationships, build morale, and increase productivity and retention.
  • Provide HR policy guidance and interpretation.
  • Manage new hire on-boarding and provide a best-in-class experience.
  • Provide guidance and input on business unit workforce planning and succession planning.
  • Identify training needs for individual and leadership coaching.
  • Participate in evaluation and monitoring of training programs to ensure success.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree in Human Resources or related field, or a High School Diploma/GED, plus four (4) years of established relevant experience and appropriate certifications may be substituted for meeting the educational requirements only.
  • Four (4) years' of established relevant experience in Human Resources with working knowledge of multiple human resource disciplines, including compensation practices, organizational diagnosis, employee relations, diversity, performance management, and federal and state respective employment laws.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
  • Ability to interface with cross-functional disciplines, using excellent interpersonal skills to drive tasks to completion.
  • Strong attention to detail, good organizational skills, and the ability to prioritize with changing situations.
  • Ability to acquire a thorough understanding of the organization's hierarchy, jobs, qualifications, compensation practices, and administrative practices related to those factors.
  • Knowledge and experience in human resources programs, processes, administrative procedures, and compliance with government laws/regulations as appropriate for the business location.
  • Ability to anticipate internal or external business challenges/regulatory issues and make recommendations.
  • Demonstrated experience in implementing and managing HR projects/programs, and ability to influence and drive organization planning and execution at the unit level.
  • Ability to interface with cross-functional disciplines, using excellent interpersonal skills to drive tasks to completion.
  • Excellent time management skills with a proven ability to meet deadlines.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
  • Proficient with Microsoft Office Suite or related software.
